This beautiful newly remodeled beach house with views of Currituck sound, sleeps 16 was carefully designed for the perfect summer vacation with the whole family. Located right on the water and 2 minutes from the beach, Casa Kai has everything for the quintessential summer escape your family will remember forever. The home offers a gorgeous pool, hot tub, and game room so groups of all ages will enjoy their stay with us. Our home is the perfect summer getaway on the Outer Banks.

Our home offers 3500 sq ft of pure sound front perfection. The newly remodeled home offers our guests a clean, comfortable coastal getaway. We provide all linens and towels, we want you to come in drop your bags and enjoy! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There are 2 comfortable master suites with King beds, ensuite bathrooms, and adjoining balconies. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, balcony, and a shared bathroom. 2 bunk rooms that have a full, single, and trundle bed that can sleep 4 in each with a shared bath. KITCHEN: There is a full-sized, fully equipped open kitchen, We will provide all the tools so your family can prepare meals. Please look in our digital guidebook for a full list and video of what we provide. OUTDOOR SPACE: The best part of family vacations on the Outer Banks is the water, enjoy stunning views of the sunset, and direct access to the sound. There is also a pool, hot tub, BBQ, and some yard space for outdoor fun. .
House Rules
Hot tub: Any damage or extensive dirt and debris left in the hot tub will result in a $200 charge. The minimum age must be 25 years of age to book No house parties. If we find a party is happening at the home we have the right to ask you to leave and you will forfeit any type of refund.
Other Details to Note
We do allow dogs (up to 2 max), we just ask that you pick up after them and do not allow them to chew the furniture or go in the pool. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac and ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

We have parking for 6 cars in at our home. You made need to do some moving around if people need to get out! We are also right off the Corolla Bike path!
